Lance Schiffman is known for his strong belief that every person has an internal grid that can be activated to achieve goals that once felt out of reach. He spends his life helping people see their potential and guiding them toward becoming the best version of themselves.

Lance began his journey as an entrepreneur at a very young age. He started his first business before turning ten. At seventeen, he moved into an apartment on his own. Within a year, he secured a loan to buy the entire apartment complex. Two years later, he used the profits to purchase and grow a gas station he branded as Schifty’s. Under his leadership, the annual revenue grew from just over $300,000 to more than $1.8 million at the time he sold it.

His success continued as he moved deeper into commercial and residential real estate, where he has worked for more than twenty five years. During this time, he invested in and helped grow several companies into multi-million-dollar organizations. His focus has always been on building strong foundations in people and helping everyday individuals rise to their full potential.

Lance’s work goes far beyond business. His list of roles includes philanthropist, entrepreneur, adventurer, investor, author, speaker, consultant, coach, humanitarian, and advisor. Out of all these roles, the one he treasures most is being a father to his three daughters and his son.
