The Genshai Nonprofit Collaboration Summit is a private, invitation-only retreat created for nonprofit leaders, founders, philanthropists, and donors who believe the future of fundraising must evolve. This experience is designed to move beyond short-term tactics and constant fundraising pressure, and into sustainable systems, authentic storytelling, and aligned relationships that support long-term impact.

Nonprofits today face increasing donor fatigue, rising competition for attention, and outdated fundraising models that rely heavily on events, galas, and constant asking. Genshai Summit exists to introduce a new approach—one grounded in dignity, collaboration, and infrastructure that allows organizations to generate consistent support without chasing donations year-round.

The Retreat Experience

Hosted at the Red Rock Villa just outside Zion National Park, the setting is intentionally chosen to provide space for clarity, reflection, and meaningful conversation. Guests may arrive Thursday evening, February 6th, for an opening onsite dinner. The retreat continues through Sunday, February 9th, balancing structured sessions with unstructured time for connection and renewal.

Onsite Charity Experience

During the Summit, participants will engage in an onsite charity experience hosted by Giving Genshai. This hands-on experience allows attendees to move beyond discussion and into action—reinforcing the values of dignity, service, and community that define the Genshai mission.
