    Great tips 🙂 All of these have to be practised on regular basis in order to achieve a long term positive effect That's exactly why I developed tool called Reminder list which helps you to stay on track with that . Also there is a couple problems with achieving goals if your happiness is dependent on achieved success . I tal about that in one of my videos more 🙂
