As the Chairman and CEO of XANGO, when it comes to "Living Genshai", I feel that businesses and successful business builders everywhere should pay close attention to what good that principle could do for the world - individually and economically. There is a shift that needs to take place in the modern business model that aligns itself with Genshai, to "never treat anyone in a manner to make them feel small".
Every person within XANGO's organization, plays a significant role in the…

Jeff Wedge said… Aaron--your business success is known and evident--and now we know of your awesome gift of music to the world! What a surprise--I loved it. Thanks for sharing yourself with all of us. Sharing of your singing meant as much to me as your tremendous business success. Although I'm pretty sure your business gets you into the big seats on the plane and not your singing, but you never know... Yours truly, the "most sought after motivational speaker and author you've never heard of because I'm trapped in the body of a sales and marketing executive. Namaste'.
Mara Senese said… Thanks for friend invitation, Aaron. Looks like you have a strong following already! I haven't had a chance to catch up here yet. Will get to it soon. You have given me a nudge.
Namaste, Mara
Taira Koybaeva said… Aaron! And when I was listening to your speech I thought: "I will never work with this guy...because I want to be his friend when it becomes really lonely for him at the top." I recognized the feeling completely and felt exactly that so many times in so many so called "exotic places". I thought that I wanted to be your "brother in arms". Please, more Aston Martins during lunch breaks please! I told about it to many of my friends in Ukraine and it really shakes their view of the world. Please, keep going! Higher and higher and then put the oxygen mask and keep going! Your Genshai brothers will be cheering for you!
Julie E. Harman said… AAron... Genshai to me means that you are willing to lead with love. You put others before yourself in many given situations and you know how to make others feel confident and comfortable. Every time that I have ever seen you in your role as CEO, around friends and in your family I notice these qualities to a tremendous degree. I KNOW that you not only back up the GENSHAI way but you truly live it every day. I truly value and admire your influence with the masses around the world and here locally.... Namaste.
